Fresh lobster meat serving suggestions

Cold Serving Recommendation:
Lobster Salad – Chop meat and mix with a small teaspoon of mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper.

Hot Serving Recommendation:
Butter & Lemon, Surf & Turf, or Soup

1. Remove outer carton and place tray in the microwave. Do not peel or puncture film.

2. Steam on high for one minute. The film expands to form a bubble during heating and then self-vents and relaxes over the food.

3. Remove from microwave and let cool for 2 minutes. Use easy open tab to peel off film and serve with butter & lemon, a meat dish or add to soup.
