Starting with large chunks of sweet and tender Maine lobster meat then combining a delicate blend of all natural ingredients, each Lobster Cake is made to perfection. To preserve the fresh and natural flavors, each Lobster Cake is individually flash-frozen – providing you with the true Maine lobster experience.

Ingredients
Lobster Meat, All Natural Mayonnaise (soybean oil, eggs, water, distilled and cider vinegar, sugar, salt, onion flavoring, natural flavoring, oleoresin paprika, and lemon oil), All Natural Breadcrumbs (unbleached wheat flour, evaporated cane juice, yeast, sea salt), Water, Whole Eggs (with citric acid), Red Peppers, Green Onions, Modified Food Starch, Dijon Mustard (water, vinegar, mustard seed, salt, white wine, fruit pectin, citric acid, tartaric acid, sugar, spice) Chopped Natural Garlic (garlic, water), Butter Buds (malto-dextrin, modified butter oil and dehydrated butter, salt, guar gum, baking soda, annatto and turmeric vegetable color), White Pepper, Spices (blended of celery, salt, and spices)(including mustard, pepper, laurel leaves, cloves, pimento, ginger, mace, cardamom, cassia, and paprika), Parsley. Handling Instructions
Keep product frozen until use. The lobster cakes are recommended to be heated once thawed. To thaw, place lobster cakes on a dish, cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator for up to 7 hours or defrost on a covered microwave safe dish in the microwave for 60 seconds.
Heating Instructions
Stove Top: Coat a pan or flat top with butter, margarine, or cooking oil. Over medium heat, sauté the lobster cakes on each side for 5 to 6 minutes or until the outside is medium brown and the internal temperature has reached 165°.
Oven: Preheat toaster oven or conventional oven to 375°. Place thawed lobster cakes on a greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 15 – 17 minutes, flipping half way through. Oven times will vary. Cook until the internal temperature has reached 165°.
