Handling and Serving Instructions
Thawing: Keep Frozen at 0ºF (-18ºC). Allow lobster meat to thaw in a refrigerator for approximately 6 hours. Be sure to thaw completely before eating.
Serving Recommendations: The lobster meat is fully cooked and when thawed, can be served in a variety of ways.
Warmed: Lightly steam (to warm) and serve with melted butter and lemon — an absolutely delicious New England style treat.
Lobster Salad: Chop meat and mix with a small teaspoon of mayonnaise, lemon, salt and pepper. Surf & turf: Lightly steam (to warm) and serve with your favorite cut of beef.
